Joe & Kristi Deedy have been interested in the ice cream business since the 1980's. They currently own and operate several ice cream and food concession trailers. Some of the items they offer would be items such as your favorite soft serve and traditional hard ice cream flavors, which can be made into milkshakes, to "Dole Whip" brand pineapple soft serve.
